加减半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌感染的效果

摘　　要：目的观察加减半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果。方法选取2019年7-12月于河北省保定市第四中心医院就诊的慢性胃炎伴Hp感染76例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予加减半夏泻心汤治疗,两组疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、Hp根除率、血清胃动素和胃泌素水平,并统计两组临床效果。结果治疗后,两组腹胀或腹痛、身体困重、大便黏滞或溏滞、精神困倦、口苦口臭和纳呆食少评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组Hp根除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胃动素水平高于治疗前,胃泌素水平低于治疗前,且观察组血清胃动素水平高于对照组,胃泌素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减半夏泻心汤可有效改善患者临床症状,调节血清胃动素和胃泌素水平,其临床疗效优于纯西药治疗。Objective To observe clinical effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods Seventy-six patients of chronic gastritis with Hp infection in the Fourth Central Hospital of Baoding City in Hebei Province from July to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups,each group of 38 cases.Control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,while observation group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment course of both groups was two weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,Hp eradication rate,serum motilin and gastrin levels of two groups were observed before and after treatment,and clinical effects of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension or abdominal pain,body sleepiness,sticky or loose stool,mental sleepiness,bad breath and poor appetite in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum motilin level of two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the gastrin level of two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the serum motilin level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the gastrin level of observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients,regulate the content of serum motilin and gastrin,and its clinical efficacy is better than that of Western medicine alone.
