自拟疏肝和胃愈疡汤治疗肝胃不和型胃疡病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究自拟疏肝和胃愈疡汤治疗肝胃不和型胃疡病的临床效果。方法选择2020年2-6月山东省威海市中医院脾胃病科收治的肝胃不和型消化性溃疡患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用疏肝和胃愈疡汤治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气泛酸、善太息积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝和胃愈疡汤治疗肝胃不和型胃疡病的效果显著,该方剂是治疗胃疡病的有效方法,能够有效消除或改善临床症状,促进消化性溃疡愈合,值得进一步研究及推广。Objective To study clinical effect of self-designed Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with liver and stomach disharmony type.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with liver and stomach disharmony type gastric ulcer admitted to Department of Spleen and Gastric Diseases in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Pantoprazole,and treatment group was treated with Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was four weeks.Clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results Clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,belching and pantothenic acid,shantaixi in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in treatment group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction is an effective method in the treatment of gastric ulcer,which can effectively eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms and promote the healing of peptic ulcer.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
