基于CHES-FY系统的羽绒服面料的触觉风格表征

摘　　要：介绍了CHES-FY型纺织材料手感风格测试仪的基本测试原理和评价指标,并采用该系统对羽绒服面料的柔软度、硬挺度、滑爽度和松紧度等基本风格进行测试。将羽绒服面料的基本风格测试结果与主观综合手感评价结果进行对比分析,建立了羽绒服面料的综合手感与柔软度、硬挺度、滑爽度和松紧度等基本风格的相关关系。测试结果表明:CHES-FY系统可以实现对羽绒服面料柔软度、硬挺度、滑爽度和松紧度的基本风格测试,织物的综合手感与柔软度和硬挺度具有较好的相关性。The measurement principle and evaluation indexes of CHES-FY system are introduced.The CHES-FY system is utilized to measure the basic mechanical tactile handles of fabric for down clothing,such as softness,stiffness,smoothness and tightness of mechanical tactile.Based on both experimental results of four basic mechanical tactile styles of down clothing fabric and the subjective comprehensive handle evaluation results,the function of comprehensive handle is established with the basic styles such as softness,stiffness,smoothness and tightness.The experimental results show that the CHES-FY system could test the softness,stiffness,smoothness,tightness,and comprehensive handle style of down clothing fabric has a significant relation with softness and stiffness.
