摘 要:针对现行生丝抱合检验方法存在检验效率低,检验精度受人为影响较大等问题,提出了一种20个生丝丝锭同时摩擦的方法,每个丝锭摩擦一段后,自动更换下一段生丝,直至完成20段生丝的检验。该方法与现行方法相比,减少了异常丝锭对抱合成绩的影响。基于该方法设计了一套生丝抱合电子检验装置,主体结构包括电磁夹丝机构、刀架自动开合摩擦机构和生丝张力控制机构。与现有Y731型抱合机进行对比试验,结果表明,所设计装置性能更优异,试验数据通过了与Y731型抱合机试验数据的方差一致性检验,抱合成绩稳定,提高了生丝抱合检验的效率。According to the problems of low efficiency and High accuracy in the current test method of raw silk cohesion,a method of simultaneous friction of 20 raw silk spindles is proposed.After each spindle is rubbed for one section,the next section of raw silk is automatically replaced until the inspection of 20 sections of raw silk is completed.Compared with the current method,the method can reduce the influence of abnormal spindle on the holding performance Ring.Based on this method,an electronic inspection device for raw silk holding is designed.The main structure includes electromagnetic wire clamping mechanism,automatic opening and closing friction mechanism of tool holder and tension control mechanism of raw silk.Compared with y731 holding machine,the experimental results show that the device has excellent working performance,stable holding performance,and improves the efficiency of raw silk holding test.The experimental data of the device passed the variance consistency test with the experimental data of y731 holding machine,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the device.
