摘  要:建立毕业生能力指标体系是进行人才培养顶层设计的全局性和系统性工作,要与社会发展需求相适应。本文根据新工科发展社会需求,结合本校办学定位和工程教育专业认证要求,确定了我校机械设计制造及其自动化专业人才培养目标,构建了包含3项一级指标、8项二级指标、12项三级指标、32项四级指标的毕业生工程创新能力指标体系。基于该指标体系开展教学实施,毕业生能力达成评价结果表明,教学实施效果良好,毕业生的工程创新能力均获得较好的达成。The establishment of undergraduate ability index system is the overall and systematic work of the top-level design of talent cultivation,which should adapt to the needs of social development.In the paper,according to the social needs of the new engineering development,combined with the university orientation and the requirements of engineering education professional certification,the talent cultivation objective of Mechanical Design&Manufacturing and Automation is determined.The undergraduate engineering innovation ability index system is constructed,which includes three first level indicators,eight second level indicators,12 third level indicators and 32 fourth level indicators.Based on the index system,the teaching implementation is carried out,the evaluation results of the undergraduate ability achievement show that both the teaching implementation effect and the undergraduate engineering innovation ability achievement are good.
