摘  要:目的识别水杨酸甲酯项目职业病危害因素,分析职业病危害防护措施,提出关键控制点和防护的特殊要求。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、现场检测检验法对建设项目进行评价。结果该生产装置生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素有苯酚、甲醇、硫酸、氢氧化钠、粉尘、噪声;经检测,有毒物质检测合格率100%,粉尘检测合格率100%,噪声测量合格率100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害防护措施有效可行,应重点防止酸碱物料及苯酚对作业人员皮肤、黏膜的灼伤腐蚀。Objective To identification of occupational hazard factors of methyl salicylate project,to analyze occupational hazard protection measures,to propose the special requirements for critical control points and protection.Methods The construction project was evaluated by occupational health field investigation and field test.Results The main occupationaldisease-inductive factors in the production process of the plant include the dust noise of phenol,methanol,sodium hydroxide sulfate,the qualified rate of toxic substances,dust and noise was all 100%respectively.Conclusion The project is a construction project with serious occupational hazards.The protective measures against occupational hazards are effective and feasible.The key is to prevent the burn and corrosion of acid-base materials and phenol on the skin and mucosa of workers.
