摘　　要：本文以广州市产业用地信息平台为例,重点探讨了系统的设计与实现。本系统整合基础地理信息、规划、产业、园区、企业等各类数据,基于WebGIS、SOA、地址匹配、高效空间索引数据分析、二三维数据联动切换等关键技术,提供了综合台账管理、园区企业管理、项目招商决策支持、三维场景辅助空间分析、专题统计制图等应用功能,为产业用地布局优化、产业园区管理、招商引资等提供决策支持。The Guangzhou industrial land information platform is taken as an example for the research on the system design and implementation.The system integrates basic geographic information,planning,industry,park,enterprise and other data,and is based on key technologies such as WebGIS,SOA,address matching,efficient spatial index data analysis,two-dimensional and three-dimensional data linkage switching.It provides application functions such as comprehensive account management,park enterprise management,project investment decision support,auxiliary spatial analysis based on three-dimensional scene,thematic statistical mapping,etc.
