摘　　要：介绍了一条新型的高铁车轮热处理生产线,包括该热处理线的设备组成,炉车式隧道炉的炉型,独特的淬火方式,机械化、自动化的输送方式,机械手的应用,淬火水系统,热处理线的主要工艺参数及其自动控制系统,以及该热处理线的技术特点。A new heat treatment production line for high-speed railway wheels is introduced,including the equipment composition of the heat treatment line,the furnace type of the furnace car type tunnel furnaces,the unique quenching mode,the mechanized and automatic transportation mode,the application of manipulator,the quenching water system,the main technology parameters and automatic control system,as well as the technical characteristics of the heat treatment line.
