摘 要:在应用炉前测宽仪数据对板坯宽度和成品宽度进行在线预警时,出现炉前测宽仪误报的情况。通过对误报的问题进行排查分析,发现主要原因是在线预警时未考虑到板坯物流以及手清板坯边部不平整的因素,导致应用的数据偏离了实际值以及出现了数据断续分布的现象。对数据进行预处理后再进行在线预警判断,能降低炉前测宽仪误报的发生概率,提高炉前测宽仪的控制精度。Some false positives were analyzed which were found in the process of online early warning for slab width and finished product width about pre-furnace wide gauge.Though analyzing the false alarm,it was found that the main reason was the factors of slab logistics and the uneven side of the slab were not considered in the online warning.The results show that the applied data deviated from actual value and the discrete distribution of the industry data.After data preprocessing,online early warning and judgment can reduce the probability of false positives and improve the control accuracy.
