摘  要:回转窑作为煤系针状焦生产的主要煅烧设备,其内衬耐火材料的使用寿命直接影响回转窑生产效率,有时运行几个月或者半年就要停窑对内衬进行小、中修,维修时间长、费用高。本文在结合煅烧工艺特点基础上,采用新的内衬结构形式对某公司回转窑实施改造,实践表明,改造后可降低修窑时间1/3,提高使用寿命至10~12个月。Rotary kiln is the main calcination equipment for coal-based needle coke production.The service life of its lining refractory directly affects the production efficiency of rotary kiln.Sometimes,after several months or half a year of operation,the kiln has to stop for small or medium repair of its lining,which leads to long maintenance time and high cost.Based on the characteristics of calcination process,the rotary kiln of certain company is reconstructed by using a new lining structure.The practice indicates that the repair time of kiln can be reduced by 1/3 and the service life can be expanded to 10-12 months.
