摘  要:单蓄热烧嘴为工业炉领域重要装备,其蓄热箱体内衬为耐火浇注料浇注而成,蓄热体为蓄热球,以蓄热空气为主;然而受结构影响,本类型烧嘴在运行过程中,经常出现蓄热箱体外壳烧穿冒火现象;本文以现场砌筑后对烘炉作特殊要求进行了研究摸索。结果表明:应用过程烧穿冒火问题由蓄热箱体内衬烘炉过程爆裂造成;通过现场烘炉过程间歇性手动换向排烟操作,可以实现浇注料中的游离水和结晶水的充分排出,防止运行中出现浇注料剥落造成烧红冒火,在工业窑炉应用领域具有一定的指导意义。The single heat storage burner is an important equipment in the field of industrial furnace,and the inner lining of the heat storage box is made of refractory castable,and the heat storage body is a heat storage ball,mainly to heating air.However,during the operation of this type of burner,the casing of the heat storage box often appears to burn through and fires.The special requirements for the bake after the site masonry were studied and explored.The results show that the problem of burning through in the application process is caused by the explosion of the inner lining of the heat storage box.Through intermittent manual reversing exhaust operation during the on-site bake process,the free water and crystal water in the castable can be fully discharged,prevent spalling of castable material during operation,resulting in red fire.This solution has certain guiding significance in industrial kiln application field.
