摘　　要：为解决高炉现场水泥结合铁沟浇注料施工后硬化慢、烘烤易爆裂的问题,以七铝酸十二钙(C12A7)作为促凝剂,研究了C12A7加入量对浇注料流动性、不同温度热处理后的抗折强度、耐压强度、体积密度、抗氧化性以及抗渣侵蚀性的影响。结果表明:C12A7能有效加快浇注料的硬化速度,促进金属铝水化反应排气,缩短现场施工脱模时间,满足快速烘烤不爆裂的要求;少量添加C12A7不影响使用寿命和通铁量,但加入量过大容易造成浇注料硬化过快,强度降低,抗氧化性以及抗渣侵蚀性变差。In order to solve the problems of slow hardening and easy cracking after baking of cement bonded iron trough castables in blast furnace,the effects of C12A7 addition on the fluidity,flexural strength,compressive strength,bulk density,oxidation resistance and slag erosion resistance of castable were studied with C12A7 as accelerator.The results show that C12A7 can effectively accelerate the hardening speed of castable,promote the exhaust of aluminium metallicum hydration reaction,shorten the demoulding time of field construction,and meet the requirements of rapid baking without burst.A small amount of C12A7 does not affect the service lift and iron flux,but excessive amount of C12A7 is easy to cause the castable to harden too fast,reduce the strength,and deteriorate the oxidation resistance and slag erosion resistance.
