摘　　要：介绍了一起500kV启动备用变压器在预防性试验完成后送电过程中重瓦斯动作案例,从变压器现场检查情况、返厂解体情况、保护动作方面详细分析该起故障产生的可能原因,并结合试验数据,确定了故障原因。The case of heavy gas action in the process of the 500kV start-up backup transformer during the completion of the preventive test is introduced.The possible causes of the failure are analyzed in detail from the aspects of on-site inspection of the transformer,the disintegration and protection action.Combined with the test data,the cause of the failure is determined.
