冻存脂肪胶在面部自体脂肪移植中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨冻存脂肪胶(stromal vascular fraction-gel,SVF-gel)技术在面部自体脂肪移植中的应用效果。方法自2018年12月至2020年1月,南方医科大学南方医院整形外科回顾了70例应用SVF-gel或补充短期或长期冻存SVF-gel进行面部自体脂肪移植的患者,其中17例行短期冻存SVF-gel填充,27例行长期冻存SVF-gel填充。结果70例患者面部接受SVF-gel即刻填充手术(注射量30~55 ml)取得良好效果。短期冻存(1个月之内)与长期冻存(3~6个月)SVF-gel的补充注射都有效弥补即刻SVF-gel注射后的吸收,有效提高术后最终效果。结论冻存SVF-gel技术提供了一种简单、安全的方法,可进行多次填充,免去了患者二次脂肪抽吸术的痛苦,具有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To explore the efficacy of cryopreserved stromal vascular fraction(SVF)gel in autologous fat grafting of face.Methods From December 2018 to January 2020,70 patients underwent autologous fat grafting of face with short-term or long-term cryopreserved SVF-gel were retrospectively observed.The short-term cryopreserved SVF-gel filling was perfomred in 17 patients and long-term cryopreserved SVF-gel filling was performed in 27 patients.Results A total of 70 patients received immediate fresh SVF-gel injection(30 to 55 ml).Good efficacy was obtained.The total satisfaction rate was 71%at 6 months after surgery.Both short-term(within 1month)and long-term(3 to 6 months)cryopreservation of SVF-gel can improve the postoperative efficacy by making up the absorption of fresh SVF-gel injection.Conclusion The cryopreservation of SVF-gel provides a simple and safe method for fat storage.Through this novel technique,multiple fillings can be carried out and multiple liposuctions can be avoid.The cryopreservation of SVF-gel showing a good prospect of clinical application.
