摘　　要：目的探讨社区获得性肺炎患者中CRP、PCT、NT-pro-BNP、D-D 4个检测项目的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年8月—2019年12月长治医学院附属和平医院收治的140例社区获得性肺炎患者为疾病组,同期体检健康者80例为对照组,对检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果疾病组中CRP、PCT、NT-pro-BNP、D-D 4项指标水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单项检测时,CRP和D-D敏感度最高;2项联合检测时,PCT和D-D组合敏感度最高;3项联合检测时,CRP、NT-pro-BNP和D-D组合敏感度最高;4项指标联合使用时诊断效能最佳。结论对社区获得性肺炎患者进行CRP、PCT、NT-pro-BNP、D-D联合检测,有助于临床诊断和病情判断。Objective To investigate the clinical value of CRP,PCT,NT-pro-BNP and D-D in patients with community acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 140 patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the case group,while 80 normal patients who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The test results were retrospectively analyzed.Results The four indicators of CRP,PCT,NT-pro-BNP and D-D in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).For single test,CRP and DD have the highest sensitivity;for two combined tests,PCT and DD have the highest sensitivity;for three combined tests,CRP,NT-pro-BNP and DD have the highest sensitivity;the four indicators are used in combination,and the best diagnostic performance is at the time.Conclusion The combined detection of CRP,PCT,NT-pro-BNP and D-D in patients with community-acquired pneumonia is helpful for clinical diagnosis and condition judgment.
