摘　　要：研究建立一套城市群协同创新网络模型的构建与结构分析方法。首先基于城市创新能力结构耦合视角,采用系统耦合模型描述创新要素的动态结构匹配作用关系,测度城市创新协同度,直接刻画创新协同启动方与创新协同匹配方的内在二元性关系结构,构建城市群创新协同网络模型(UA-SIN)。UA-SIN为有向网络,包括拓扑与赋边权,内协与外协网络等模型形态。进一步基于UA-SIN的城市中心性、聚集性和相关性等复杂网络分析技术,分别研究城市创新协同能力(包括发起、匹配和中介能力)、城市创新协同集群和城市创新协同模式等网络结构特征。最后以中原城市群为例进行了实证分析。研究表明UA-SIN能够在构筑区域经济循环体系、优化城市创新链分工、规划城市群创新平台布局、定位科技服务业重点推进领域与方向等方面,为城市群创新发展战略优化提供决策方法支持。This paper studies the construction and structure analysis method of a set of Synergetic Innovation Network model of Urban Agglomeration(UA-SIN).Firstly,based on the structural coupling perspective of urban innovation capability,the system coupling model was used to describe the dynamic structure matching relationship of innovation elements,measuring the degree of urban innovation synergy,and directly describe the internal binary relationship structure between innovation synergy promoter and innovation synergy matcher,and construct the model of UASIN.UA-SIN is directed networks,including such form of topology network,network with the edge weight,internal network and external network.Furthermore,based on the complex network analysis technology of UA-SIN,such as city centrality,aggregation and correlation,the network structure characteristics of urban synergetic innovation ability(including initiating,matching and intermediary capabilities),urban synergetic innovation cluster and urban synergetic innovation mode were studied respectively.Finally,this paper takes the Central Plains urban agglomeration as an example for empirical analysis.The research shows that UA-SIN could provide decision-making support for the optimization of innovation development strategy of urban agglomeration in terms of cooperation of urban innovation chain,geographical distribution of innovation platform in urban agglomeration and the key field of S&T service industry.
