摘　　要：区块链技术的特性有助于解决知识产权管理中的痛点问题,促进内容产业进一步发展。选择以太坊作为区块链底层架构,在知识产权管理领域创新性的引入“双通证”体系,提出一种基于以太坊智能合约的知识产权管理模式。该模式解决现有方案的痛点问题,有更好的适用性,能够灵活的服务于各种类型的版权确权及用权过程。Key features of blockchain technology include helping to solve the pain points in intellectual property management and promoting the further development of the content industry.In this study,Ethereum is selected as the underlying structure of the blockchain,and the"Double-Token"system is introduced innovatively into the field of intellectual property management.An intellectual property management scheme based on Ethereum smart contracts is being proposed.The model solves the pain points of the existing scheme,has better applicability,and can flexibly serve various types of copyright confirmation and copyright use processes.
