摘 要:针对某玻纤增强PBT材料的三相电机连接器,采用Moldflow模拟了其注塑成型过程,并分析了其翘曲变形结果。针对单点进胶方案,采用Moldflow浇口区域定位器算法,基于流阻、填充平衡及成型可行性条件确定了最佳的浇口位置。基于默认工艺计算得到所有效应的最大翘曲变形量为0.6934 mm,分析得到导致产品翘曲变形的最重要因素是收缩不均。针对收缩不均因素,设计L16(45)的正交试验,模拟计算了产品在不同工艺参数组合下的最大翘曲变形量。通过极差与方差分析得到各工艺参数对最大翘曲变形量的影响程度的排序依次为熔体温度>保压压力>模具温度>冷却时间>保压时间,并得到理论上最小翘曲变形量对应的工艺参数组合为A4B1C3D1E1。仿真计算得到最优工艺参数组合下的最大翘曲变形量为0.4354 mm,相比初始工艺降低了37.0%,验证了工艺优化对翘曲变形的改善效果。分析了该优化工艺参数组合下的填充等值线、流动前沿温度、气穴和熔接线结果,再结合实际试模产品状态,验证了其应用于实际生产的可行性。Moldflow was used to simulate the injection molding process of a glass fiber reinforced PBT three-phase motor connector,and the warpage deformation were analyzed.Firstly,the optimal gate location was determined based on flow resistance,filling balance and molding feasibility by using the Moldflow gate locator algorithm for the single point injection scheme.Then,the simulation analysis using default process parameters showed that the initial total warpage deformation was 0.6934 mm,and the most important factor causing the warpage deformation was the uneven shrinkage.L16(45)orthogonal test were designed to simulate the maximum warpage deformation under different combination of process parameters.Through range and variance analysis,it was found that the influence degree of each process parameter on maximum warpage deformation was ranked as melt temperature>packing pressure>mold temperature>cooling time>pressure-holding time.The combination of process parameters with minimum warpage deformation was obtained as A4B1C3D1E1.The optimal combination of process parameters was used for Moldflow analysis,and the maximum warpage deformation was 0.4354 mm,which was 37%lower than that of under the initial process parameters and the effects of parameters optimization on warpage deformation was validated.Finally,by analyzing the results of product filling contours,flow front temperature,air trap and the weld line under the optimized process parameter combination,combing with the actual state of the mold-trial product,the feasibility of the optimization process parameters in actual production was verified.
