摘  要:以某30%玻纤增强尼龙材料的碳罐盖板为实例,对其外观尺寸进行分析,选择合适的材料及注塑工艺参数,利用Moldflow确定最佳的浇口位置,并建立浇注系统,通过设计正交试验,以最大翘曲变形量为指标对注塑工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:综合考虑最大翘曲变形量与质量,得到优化工艺参数组合为A2B3C2D1E1。基于此优化工艺参数模流分析表明:碳罐盖板的最大翘曲变形量及质量分别降低61.8%、10.3%,优化效果显著。仿真模拟及实际试模结果显示:试模样品外观良好,满足振动摩擦焊接要求,可用于实际生产。Taking the carbon canister cover of a 30%glass fiber reinforced nylon material as an example,the appearance size was analyzed,the appropriate material and injection process parameters were selected,the optimal gate position was determined by Moldflow,and the gating system was established.The injection process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test with the maximum warpage deformation as the index.The results show that considering the maximum warpage deformation and mass,the optimized process parameter combination is A2B3C2D1E1.Based on the optimized process parameters mold flow analysis,the maximum warpage deformation and mass of carbon canister cover are reduced by 61.8%and 10.3%,respectively and the optimization effect is significant.The simulation and actual test results show that the sample has good appearance and meets the requirements of vibration friction welding,which can be used in actual production.
