摘 要:采用“IC反应器+好氧曝气池+二沉池”工艺处理环氧丙烷/甲基叔丁基醚(PO/MTBE)生产废水,处理规模为1800m3/d。长期稳定运行数据表明,装置进水COD为4500~4600mg/L,氨氮为3~15mg/L,石油类为60~120mg/L,厌氧单元平均出水COD为2288mg/L,好氧单元平均出水COD为191.46mg/L,二沉池平均出水氨氮为11.83mg/L,平均出水石油类为6.53mg/L,总排水指标稳定满足园区污水处理厂对炼化一体化废水接管标准和《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962—2015)。微生物增效剂的投加可明显改善生化单元的运行负荷和污染物去除率,使厌氧反应器容积负荷由0.625kgCOD/(m3·d)逐渐提高至2.1kg COD/(m3·d),COD平均去除率由27.54%提高至50.55%,好氧单元COD去除率由80%提高至90.43%,二沉池平均出水COD由518.75mg/L降低至191.46mg/L。The process of"IC reactor+aerobic aeration tank+secondary sedimentation tank"was used to treat PO/MTBE production wastewater with a treatment scale of 1?800 m3/d.Long-term stable operation data showed that the device has a COD of 4500~4600 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen 3~15 mg/L,petroleum-based 60~120 mg/L,an anaerobic unit average effluent COD of 2288 mg/L,an aerobic unit average effluent COD was 191.46 mg/L,the average effluent ammonia nitrogen in the secondary sedimentation tank was 11.83 mg/L,and the average effluent petroleum was 6.53 mg/L.The total drainage index was stable and met the sewage treatment plant’s integrated refining and chemical wastewater takeover standard and the"Sewage Discharge into Towns"Sewer Water Quality Standard(GB/T 31962—2015).The addition of microbial synergists could significantly improve the operating load and pollutant removal rate of the biochemical unit,and gradually increased the volumetric load of the anaerobic reactor from 0.625 kg COD/(m3·d)to 2.1 kg COD/(m3·d).The average removal rate of COD increased from 27.54%to 50.55%,the removal rate of COD of the aerobic unit increased from 80%to 90.43%,and the average COD of the secondary settling tank decreased from 518.75 mg/L to 191.46 mg/L.
