中国医药制造业经济发展水平与研发资金投入的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:实证分析我国医药制造业经济发展水平与研发资金投入之间的关系,旨在为提升我国医药制造业经济发展水平和研发投入水平提供参考。方法:选取1995—2016年我国医药制造业的相关数据,运用协整理论和格兰杰因果关系检验,以探求其经济发展水平与研发资金投入之间的关系。结果:我国医药制造业工业总产值/GDP与研发投入强度之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系,长期弹性系数为0.5151。格兰杰因果关系检验结果表明滞后阶数为1,5和6时,仅医药制造业工业总产值/GDP是研发投入强度的格兰杰原因。结论:我国医药制造业经济发展水平对研发资金投入具有显著的正向影响,且这种正向影响具有滞后性,短期内医药制造业研发资金投入的增加还不能显著提升其经济发展水平。Objective:To empirically analyze the relationship between the level of economic development of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and R&D capital investment in order to provide reference for improving the level of economic development and R&D investment of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Methods:The relevant data from 1995 to 2016 were selected and the VEC model was constructed and the Granger causality test was conducted based on the co-integration theory to analyze the influence between the two factors.Results:There was a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the total industrial output value/GDP and r&d investment intensity of China’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,and the long-term elastic coefficient was 0.5151.The results of Granger causality test show that when the lag order is 1,5 and 6,only the total industrial output value/GDP of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is the Granger cause of R&D investment intensity.Conclusion:The economic development level of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in China has a significant positive impact on the R&D capital investment,and the positive impact has a lag.The increase of R&D capital investment in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the short term can not significantly improve the economic development level.
