摘 要:为满足煤矿用回转钻头耐磨性能测试要求,分析了其耐磨性能试验技术发展现状,结合实际作业工况,提出一种煤矿用回转钻头耐磨性能测试方法。研制了一套恒进给力加载方式和恒线速度条件控制的耐磨性能试验装置,包括机械结构设计与闭环测控系统设计。通过该试验装置,验证了测试方法的可行性,研究分析了影响耐磨性能的影响因素。该测试技术的研究及试验装置的研制有利于提高试验过程的自动化控制程度,保证试验结果的准确性和科学性,同时对提高煤矿用回转钻头质量具有指导意义。In order to meet the requirements of the testing for wear resistance of the colliery-used rotary bit,the development status of its wear resistance testing technology was analyzed,and a method of testing wear resistance of the colliery-used rotary bit was proposed in combination with actual operation mode.A set of wear resistance test device controlled by constant feeding force loading mode and constant linear speed condition was developed,including mechanical structure design and closed-loop measurement and control system design.The test device was applied to verify the feasibility of the test method,and the influential factors of wear resistance were researched.The research on the testing technology and the development of the test device were helpful for improving the automatic control degree of test process and guaranteeing the accuracy and scientificity of test results,and were of guidance significance for improving the quality of the colliery-used rotary bit.
