摘　　要：针对某电厂陶瓷圆盘过滤机投运后滤盘盘片衰减严重、整机处理能力低、滤饼含水率高等问题,根据现有运行条件,利用原有槽体、传动部件和主要工艺系统,对过滤机主机的滤盘、分配阀、吹风系统、槽体卸料斗和辅机系统进行升级改造。改造后的圆盘过滤机适应电厂石膏浆液的物料性质变化,降低了滤饼含水率,提高了设备的处理能力,减少了检修维护的工作量。After the ceramic disc filter putting into use in a power generator,it was characterized by seriously attenuated filtration disc slice,low processing ability and high moisture of filtration cake.According to current operation conditions,original tough,transmission parts and main process system were utilized to upgrade the filtration disc,distributing valve,blowing system,discharging hopper of the tough and auxiliary system.The upgraded disc filter adapted to the variation of nature of gypsum slurry in the power generator,thus the moisture of the filtration cake reduced,the processing ability of the filter increased,and the maintenance duty decreased.
