摘  要:针对因洗选原煤煤质差异过大而造成的精煤产量低的问题,对跳汰中煤进行煤质分析,提出了 3 种洗选工艺跳汰中煤。通过对比分析,确定采用对跳汰中煤进行深加工的方案。采用无压入料三产品重介质旋流器对洗选设备进行优化升级,便于对中煤再选,从而减少了中煤的精煤含量,提高了精煤的回收率,取得了良好的经济效益。In view of poor quality of clean coal due to great difference in nature of raw coal,the quality of the jigging middle coal was analyzed,and three kinds of concentration process for the jigging middle coal were proposed.After comparative analysis,the scheme of intensively processing the jigging middle coal was identified.The non-pressure feeding three-product dense-medium cyclone was applied to upgrade the concentration facility,so as to facilitate the reconcentration of middle coal,thus the content of clean coal in middle coal was reduced,the recovery ratio of clean coal was improved,and excellent economic efficiency was achieved.
