摘 要:针对轴齿轮细长孔加工效率低、质量差、成本高等问题,采用数控机床配合枪钻装置,在保证机床精度、操作者技能、钻杆刚性、工件加工精度等最优工况下,通过改变枪钻钻削角γ和匹配的钻削参数进行细长孔钻削试验,得出枪钻的最佳钻削角和匹配的钻削参数。选用最佳工艺参数加工细长孔减少了进刀、退刀及磨刀次数,减少了断刀、取刀次数。每件加工时间由原来的20~24 h缩短到8 h;加工5件细长孔的枪钻使用量由原来4套变为1套;超声波壁厚检测和装配测试合格率为100%,满足了细长孔的加工精度要求。In view of the problems such as low efficiency,poor quality and high cost during machining the slender hole of the shaft gear,the numerical control machine tool was combined with the gun drill,on the premise of guaranteeing the optimal operation conditions involving precision of machine tool,skill of operators,rigidity of drilling pipe and machining precision of workpiece,after the drilling test for the slender hole by the means of varying the drilling angleγand matched drilling parameters,the optimal drilling angle and the matched drilling parameters of the gun drill were obtained.The application of the optimal technical parameters on the machining of the slender hole reduced the times of tool feed,withdrawal and grinding,as well as decreased the times of tool breaking and taking.The machining duration per workpiece reduced from original 20~24 h to 8 h,the usage amount of the gun drill machining five pieces of slender hole reduced from 4 sets to 1 set,and both the ultrasonic detection on hole wall and the qualification ratio of assembly test were 100%,which satisfied the requirements of the slender hole machining precision.
