摘　　要：为了使高压气箱脉冲收尘器在矿渣粉磨行业得到科学合理地应用,对收尘器的工作方式、布置形式及应用效果做了进一步分析。通过多年实践证明,高压气箱脉冲收尘器具有对周围环境要求低、使用条件适用性强,具有较强的集灰能力及较高的除灰强度,收灰和清灰效率高,出口含尘质量分数低,处理风量优于其他类型收尘器,使其近年来在矿渣粉磨线上使用率较高。In order to make the high-pressure air box pulse dust catcher get scientific and reasonable utilization in slag grinding industry,the working mode,layout type and application effects of the dust catcher were further analyzed.Many years of practice showed the high-pressure air box pulse dust catcher was characterized by low requirement for surrounding environment,strong adaptability for application conditions,excellent dust catching capacity and dust removing intensity,high dust catching and dust cleaning efficiency,thus the mass fraction of dust in air at outlet was low,and the air throughput was larger than other types of dust catcher.Therefore it had high application ratio in slag grinding line over recent years.
