摘  要:沙地云杉(Picea mongolica)有“生物活化石”之称,是中国特有的针叶林树种,具有重要的科研价值。外生菌根真菌是森林生态系统重要的组成部分,然而沙地云杉的外生菌根真菌研究非常少。本研究以内蒙古白音敖包林场沙地云杉根际外生菌根真菌为研究对象,并选取不同林龄即20a和80a的沙地云杉,通过高通量测序分析揭示沙地云杉外生菌根真菌多样性及不同林龄沙地云杉外生菌根真菌群落结构差异。本研究共获得80个外生菌根真菌OTUs,隶属于担子菌门和子囊菌门的19个真菌支系,其中丝盖伞(Inocybe)、蜡壳菌(Sebacina)、拟小垫革菌(Tomentellopsis)等为沙地云杉根际外生菌根真菌的优势进化支序。20a和80a树龄的沙地云杉根际外生菌根真菌的优势进化支序不同,β多样性存在显著差异,且不同林龄的外生菌根真菌具有特定的指示物种类群。Picea mongolica,which has the name of'living fossil',is endemic to China,and is of important scientific value.Ectomycorrhiza is an important composition of forest ecosystem,but related studies on P.mongolica are rare.In this study,we focus on the ectomycorrhizal fungi of the rhizosphere of P.mongolica which mainly distributed in Baiyinaobao of Inner Mongolia.Two aged forests,20 years and 80 years,have been selected,ectomycorrhizalfungi diversity and taxonomical structure of two aged forests have been analyzed by metasequencing techniques.Totally 80 OTUs belonging to 19 fungal lineages of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota have been obtained,Inocybe,Sebacina,and Tomentellopsis are the dominant lineages among them.Differences have been observed in dominant ectomycorrhizal fungal lineages,βdiversity,and specific indicator species between these two aged forests.
