摘  要:荚粒数是食用豆产量性状的构成因子,是食用豆遗传改良的育种目标之一。目前,调控绿豆荚粒数形成的遗传网络和分子基础尚不清楚。通过构建绿豆突变体库,本研究筛选获得了荚粒增加突变体snpp1,遗传分析发现该突变体受半显性基因控制。通过构建F2代分离群体,筛选群体中的极端单株构建2个DNA混池(每个池包含35个极端单株),利用全基因组重测序结合集团分离分析法,将SNPP1基因初步定位在绿豆5号染色体上3.49 Mb(92640~3584000 bp)区域,包含233个注释基因。本研究将为进一步克隆SNPP1基因提供参考,为绿豆高产品种培育提供新的基因资源。Seed number per pod is one of the major yield components and breeding targets in grain legume.However,the underlying genetic and molecular mechanism is not well known.In this study,we screened and isolated a semi-dominant mutant snpp1 from gamma irradiation mutagenesis population in mung bean,in which the number of seed per pod was increased significantly.35 mutant individuals and 35 wild type plants from the F2 populationwere used for bulked segregate analysis and genome re-sequencing(BSA-seq).SNPP1 genewas located in a 3.49 Mb(92640~3584000 bp)region on mung bean chromosome 5,in which there were 233 putative genes.This study can provide helpful information for further cloning of SNPP1 gene and provide a new genetic tool for increasing yield in mung bean.
