摘　　要：介绍目前PDA(process data acquisition)的一般运用场景,借助ibaPDA的强大功能并结合现场的实际经验,阐述ibaPDA在轧机油膜系统上的全新运用方法和实现方式,开发在线实时设备异常报警功能和设备状态趋势分析功能,为把设备人员的经验和技术总结转化为在线诊断技术提供一种可行的方法。This paper introduces the general application scenarios of PDA.With the aid of the powerful features of the ibaPDA and combining with the practical experience,this paper illustrates the new application and implementation approach of the ibaPDA in the oil film system of the rolling mill.The functions of online real-time abnormal alarm and trend analysis of equipment status are developed.It provides a feasible method for transforming the personnel’s experience and technology into online diagnosis technology.
