家庭韧性在癌症患者照顾者社会支持与心理韧性之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨癌症患者照顾者社会支持、家庭韧性与心理韧性之间的关系,以及家庭韧性在社会支持和心理韧性之间的中介作用。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS),家庭韧性量表(FRAS),心理韧性量表(RS-14)对安徽某两所三甲医院的297名癌症患者照顾者进行调查。结果癌症患者照顾者的社会支持、家庭韧性与心理韧性两两呈正相关(r=0.557,0.547,0.568,P值均<0.01),家庭韧性在社会支持和心理韧性之间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.218。结论癌症患者照顾者的家庭韧性、社会支持和心理韧性两两均呈正相关,且家庭韧性在社会支持和心理韧性之间起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship among social support,family resilience and psychological resilience of caregivers of cancer patients,and the mediating role of family resilience between social support and psychological resilience.Methods The Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Family Resilience Assessment Scale(FRAS)and Resilience Scale(RS-14)were used to investigate 297 caregivers of cancer patients in two tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province.Results The social support,family resilience and psychological resilience of caregivers were positively correlated(r=0.557,0.547,0.568,all P<0.001).Family resilience partially mediated the relationship between social support and psychological resilience,and the mediating effect value was 0.218.Conclusion The social support,family resilience and psychological resilience of caregivers are positively correlated,and family resilience partially mediates the relationship between social support and psychological resilience.
