摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环对消化内镜治疗患者配合度及不良事件发生率的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年2月某医院收治的消化内镜治疗患者204例,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组各102例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取PDCA循环护理。对比分析两组患者的配合度和不良事件发生率。结果观察组配合度为92.16%,高于对照组的70.59%,(χ^(2)=15.653,P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的18.63%,(χ^(2)=7.704,P<0.05)。结论对消化内镜治疗患者采取PDCA循环护理模式,可提高患者配合度,并降低不良事件发生率,效果显著。Objective To study the effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)circulation on the degree of adaptability and incidence of adverse events in the patients treated with digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 204 patients treated with digestive endoscopy from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects,and according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 102 cases in each group.The control group took the routine care,and the observation group was given the PDCA circulation nursing.The degrees of adaptability and incidences of adverse events of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The degree of adaptability of the observation group was 92.16%,higher than that of the control group,(χ^(2)=15.653,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.88%,which was less than that of the control group(18.63%,χ^(2)=7.704%,P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of PDCA circulation adopted in the patients with digestive endoscopy can improve the degree of adaptability and reduce the incidence of adverse events,and the effect is remarkable.
