阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗精神分裂症患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察舍曲林联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法将82例患者依据随机数字分为对照组41例与试验组41例。对照组给予阿立哌唑,每次10~15 mg,每天1次,口服;舍曲林安慰剂,用法与用量同试验组。试验组给予阿立哌唑,每次10~15 mg,每天1次,口服,盐酸舍曲林片,起始剂量每次25 mg,每天1次,口服,7 d内逐渐将剂量提升至每次50 mg,每天1次,口服,每日最高剂量100 mg。2组的治疗时间均为12周。比较2组的症状变化(阳性和阴性症状量表各维度评分)、临床治疗效果和药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为31.71%(13例/41例)和12.20%(5例/41例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组和对照组的阴性症状评分分别为(28.72±5.13)和(36.98±6.70)分,PANSS总分分别为(60.28±11.54)和(75.86±14.82)分,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。试验组和对照组在治疗过程中的药物不良反应发生率分别为14.63%(6例/41例)和12.20%(5例/41例),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对长期服用阿立哌唑的精神分裂症患者,给予阿立哌唑和舍曲林进行联合治疗,可有效改善阴性症状,改善患者的总体情况,安全性良好。Objective To observe the effect of sertraline combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients.Methods According to random numbers,82 patients were divided into control group(41 cases)and treatment group(41 cases).Control group was given aripiprazole 10-15 mg each time,qd,orally,sertraline placebo,the usage and dosage were the same as treatment group.Treatment group was given aripiprazole 10-15 mg each time,qd,orally,the starting dose of sertraline hydrochloride tablets was 25 mg each time,qd,orally,gradually increase the dose to 50 mg each time,qd,orally within 7 d,the maximum daily dose was 100 mg.The treatment time of the two groups was 12 weeks.The changes in symptoms of the two groups(the scores of each dimension of the positive and negative syndrome scale),clinical effects,and adverse drug reactions in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 31.71%(13 cases/41 cases)and 12.20%(5 cases/41 cases),with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chin J Clin Pharmacol 2123 Vol.37 No.16 August 2021(Serial No.342)negative symptom scores in treatment group and control group were(28.72±5.13)and(36.98±6.70)points,total PANSS scores were(60.28±11.54)and(75.86±14.82)points,with significant difference(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in treatment group and control group during treatment were 14.63%(6 cases/41 cases)and 12.20%(5 cases/41 cases),without significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia who have taken aripiprazole for a long time,combined treatment with sertraline and aripiprazole can effectively improve the negative symptoms and improve the overall condition of the patient,with good safety.
