摘  要:为改善凸轮式开口的工艺性能和承载条件,开发了一种基于不同轴布置的新型共轭凸轮开口系统。在开口形式和结构功能分析基础上,利用MATLAB反求构建摆杆余弦加速运动规律和凸轮理论廓线,实现了压力角α和曲率半径ρ的动态计算。结果显示:最大压力角为10.7°,最小曲率半径为70 mm,符合凸轮传力特性和机构学设计要求。将齿轮传动、平面杆组与不同轴共轭凸轮相结合,设计建立了外置式共轭凸轮开口系统功能样机,运动学特性仿真分析结果表明:该开口系统可精确实现凸轮摆杆和综框的简谐运动规律,能够很好地满足平纹织物织造工艺要求,验证了反求设计思路的正确性与可行性,有利于积极式共轭凸轮开口的结构改造和设计创新。In this article,in order to improve the technological performance and loading condition of the cam’s shedding,a new conjugate cam’s shedding system with dual driving shafts is developed. The analysis is conducted on the shedding’s form and structural function,and MATLAB is adopted to work out the law of cosine acceleration motion on the swing link and the cam’s pitch curve. Besides,the pressure angle α and the curvature radius ρ are subject to dynamic calculation. The results show that the maximum pressure angle is 10. 7° and the minimum curvature radius is 70 mm,which meet the requirements of force-transmission characteristics and mechanical design of the cam. In addition,the functional prototype of the external conjugate cam’s shedding system is designed,with the combination of the gear drive,the plane bar group and the conjugate cam with dual driving shafts.The simulation results of kinematic characteristics indicate that the shedding system can accurately realize simple harmonic motion on the swing link and in the heald frame,thus reaching the standard of the weaving process for plain fabrics. This study has verified that the reverse design is correct and feasible,which is conducive to structure modification and design innovation of the positive conjugate cam’s shedding system.
