摘　　要：站在“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇点,人民银行从数字化转型实际需要出发,推动实施“软件集中开发、系统集中运行、数据集中管理”的信息科技“三集中”战略,为打造数字化金融服务体系、提升金融监管能力提供有力支撑。成方金融科技有限公司是人民银行“三集中”改革的重要内容和开篇之作,2020年7月30日完成注册,以提升科技创新能力、服务央行履职为已任。CFIT will adhere to the idea of innovation and development,carry out conscientiously the plan of reform of“three centralizeds”,continuously build up and perfect ilthree major systems"of sci-tech service,technical innovation,enterprise governance,further strengthen the supply capability of sci-tech R&D,increase by technical innovation the level of the digital central bank in scientific policy making,targeted supervision and control,and high efficient service and energize the digital central bank to make much headway on the path of examination of high-quality development.
