摘 要:基于Euler-Lagrange两相流动模型,分析喷水减温时阀内的涡流特性与减温减压效果,针对涡流导致的汽液混合不均问题,在喉部加装旋流板以改善两相流动特性,提升了减温减压效果。结果表明:减温减压阀喉部会产生向上的射流,形成较大的涡流区。液滴在涡流区与蒸汽混合较差,减温效果降低。优化后的减温减压阀喉部旋流板形成的周向旋流可消除轴向涡流,促进汽液混合。加装旋流板后,温度均匀性系数提升20%,液滴蒸发速度加快,减温效果大大提升,在变工况时仍有较好的效果。应力分析表明加装旋流板后管道最大应力与出口应力减小,安全性较好。The performance and vertex of temperature and pressure reducing valve were analyzed via the Euler-Lagrange two-phase flow model.Aiming at the problem of uneven vapor-liquid mixing caused by vertex,the two-phase flow characteristics and effect of temperature and pressure reduction were improved by installing swirl plate.The results show that the throat of the temperature and pressure reducing valve could produce upward jet and form a large vertex region.The effect of mixing between droplet and steam is poor in the vortex region,so the effect of temperature reduction is reduced.The circumferential swirl formed by swirl plate at the throat of the optimized temperature and pressure reducing valve can eliminate the axial vortex and promote the effect of vapor-liquid mixing.After the installation of swirl plate,the temperature uniformity coefficient is increased by 20%,the evaporation process of droplet is accelerated.The pressure drop and temperature drop in design and off-design condition are improved.The stress analysis shows that the maximum stress and stress at pipeline outlet were reduced,and the safety was good.
