摘  要:提出了一种基于主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)分离和辐射率多项式拟合的光谱分析方法,能够从光谱仪检测信号中同时反演火焰温度、辐射率和气相Na浓度。在一台旋风炉上开展了试验研究,结果表明,准东煤旋风燃烧火焰在可见光波段满足灰性假设,火焰温度检测误差小于4%。Na的特征谱线辐射强度与气相Na离子浓度成正比例关系,可利用Na在589 nm处的特征谱线反演气相Na浓度。旋风燃烧时煤灰中绝大部分的Na会挥发进入气相,配风方式对Na的释放没有影响。在旋风筒尾部气相Na向液渣和飞灰中迁移。A spectral analysis method based on principal component analysis(PCA)separation and polynomial fitting of emissivity was proposed,which can simultaneously detect the flame temperature,emissivity and gaseous sodium concentration from the spectrometer signals.The experiments were conducted on a cyclone furnace,and the results indicate that,the radiation of Zhundong coal combustion flame in the cyclone furnace can be assumed to meet the gray assumption in the visible spectrum,and the detection error of flame temperature is less than 4%.The radiation intensity corresponding to the characteristic spectral line of sodium is directly proportional to the gaseous sodium concentration,thus the characteristic spectral line of sodium at 589 nm can be used to detect the concentration of gaseous sodium.In the cyclone furnace,the sodium in the ash volatilizes into the gas,and the air distribution mode has no influence on the release characteristics of sodium.At the cyclone tail the gaseous sodium will migrate into the liquid slag and ash.
