摘 要:齿槽转矩的准确计算和削弱是评估和优化电机性能的基础。采用解析法计算电机的齿槽转矩时很难考虑复杂齿槽结构对气隙磁导的影响,计算结果精度较低。考虑定子实际的齿槽结构,提出一种普遍适用的有效气隙长度的准确计算模型,通过该模型可以准确求得电机的气隙磁导和其他相关的电磁性能。以6极36槽表贴式永磁同步电机为例,对电机的有效气隙长度以及由此所得的齿槽转矩进行计算,并采用有限元法进行验证,结果表明该计算模型具有很高的准确性。此外,该文推导采用不同分段磁极结构时的齿槽转矩解析表达式,给出最佳极弧系数组合和倾斜角度的确定方法,并结合有限元法和粒子群优化算法(particle swarm optimization algorithm,PSO)对不同极槽配合电机的齿槽转矩进行分析。分析结果表明,采用该文方法确定的最佳极弧系数组合和倾斜角度,能够有效地削弱电机的齿槽转矩。The calculation and reduction of cogging torque are fundamental to the evaluation and optimization of motor performance.Considering that the accuracy of the cogging torque calculated by analytical method is low,an accurate calculation model of the effective air-gap length considering the actual stator slot structure and suiTab for any motor was proposed,the cogging torque of 6p36s surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)were calculated accurately and verified by finite element method.Furthermore,the segmented skewing magnetic poles with different combinations of pole-arc coefficients were designed to weaken cogging torque,the optimal combination of pole-arc coefficients and tilting angle of the adjacent magnetic poles were summarized by analytical method and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO).Finally,the cogging torques of six SPMSMs with different slot-pole combinations including 6p36s,4p36s,6p9s,8p9s,8p12s and 10p12s were analyzed,the results indicate that the cogging torque can be greatly weakened based on segmented skewing magnetic poles with different combinations of pole-arc coefficients.
