摘　　要：缺陷产品召回制度是市场监管的重要组成部分,我国的缺陷产品召回制度方兴未艾,与欧美国家还存在一定差距。本文从召回法律法规体系、行政管理体系、数据保障体系、实际执行对比等多维度对中美欧缺陷产品召回制度进行对比分析,并针对我国的短板不足提出针对性建议,致力于健全与我国经济社会发展水平相匹配的缺陷产品召回制度,推动我国经济高质量发展。;The defective product recall system is an important part of market regulation.China's defective product recall system is still in the ascendant,and there are still some gaps compared with Europe and the United States.This paper compares and analyzes the defect product recall system of China,the United States and Europe from multiple dimensions such as the recall law and regulation system,administrative management system,data guarantee system,and actual implementation comparison.This paper aims to promote the defective product recall system that matches the level of economic and social development in China,and promote the high-quality economic development of China.
