摘  要:白云鄂博稀土矿冶炼分离出的高浓度镨钕料液中含有0.10~0.34 g/L铝,杂质铝的含量直接影响下游产品质量,因此需要进行铝与稀土的分离。采用高浓度的氯化镨钕料液为原料,利用环烷酸-异辛醇-磺化煤油萃取体系优先萃取铝的原理,通过串级萃取分离工艺去除非稀土杂质铝。在对整个工艺流程以及串级萃取、串级洗涤工艺进行分析论证的基础上,开展了中试试验。结果表明:高浓度镨钕料液经过30级串级萃取分离工艺后,REO浓度在220 g/L以上,铝杂质含量大幅下降,Al2O3/REO质量比<7.8×10-5,产品质量达标。串级萃取分离工艺的应用,不仅能优化改进现有单级萃取工艺,还能提高产品质量,且产品质量稳定,具有推广使用价值。High-concentration Pr-NdCl3 feed solution separated from Bayan Obo rare earth concentrate by smelting contains 0.10~0.34 g/L aluminum,and the aluminum content directly affects the quality of downstream products,so it is necessary to separate aluminum from rare earth.Based on the principle of preferential extraction of aluminum in naphthenic acid-isooctanol-sulfonated kerosene system,the non rare earth impurity aluminum can be removed from high-concentration Pr-NdCl3 feed solution by cascade extraction separation process.The pilot scale test was carried out based on the analysis and demonstration of the whole technological process and the cascade extraction and cascade washing process.The results show that after 30-stage cascade extraction separation process,the concentration of REO is more than 220 g/L,the content of aluminum impurity is greatly reduced,the mass ratio of Al2O3 to REO is less than 7.8×10-5,and the product quality meets the standard.The application of cascade extraction separation process not only optimizes and improves the existing single-stage extraction process,but also improves and stabilizes the product quality,having promotion value.
