摘　　要：肿瘤转移是肿瘤治疗失败的重要原因,其分子机制与肿瘤细胞对免疫细胞及免疫抑制微环境进行重塑,从而塑造出适宜肿瘤细胞侵袭及生长的土壤。活血化瘀是肿瘤治疗中的重要治则之一,但活血药对肿瘤转移的影响一直在临床应用上存在争议。该文通过系统总结近年来活血药及益气活血药在肿瘤转移中的对比研究,从免疫重塑角度对活血药、益气活血药抗肿瘤转移的分子机制差异进行了论述,为临床合理应用活血药、益气活血药提供了科学依据。Tumor metastasis is an important cause of tumor treatment failure. Its molecular mechanism is closely related to tumor cells remodeling immune cells and immunosuppressive microenvironment, so as to create a suitable soil for tumor cell invasion and growth. "Huoxue Huayu" is one of the important therapeutic principles in cancer treatment, but the influence of Huoxue drugs on tumor metastasis has been controversial in clinical application. In this paper, we systematically summarized the comparative study of Huoxue drugs and Yiqi Huoxue drugs in tumor metastasis in recent years, and discussed the differences of molecular mechanisms of Huoxue drugs and Yiqi Huoxue drugs in anti-tumor metastasis from the perspective of immune remodeling, so as to provide scientific basis for clinical rational application of Huoxue drugs and Yiqi Huoxue drugs.
