从触觉的频率和阈值特性探讨寸口脉象特征

摘　　要：寸口脉脏腑配位学说是中医脉诊的重要基础。基于韦伯-费希纳定律,结合触觉的频率和阈值特性构建了脉诊中触觉感知的初步模型,并通过应用该模型对临床采集到的动脉血压数据进行频域和时域处理和结果比较,以此解释诊脉操作和传感器测量两种情况下所得脉象的差别。发现由于触觉的频率和阈值特性的影响,诊脉时不同的按压指力下产生的脉象有很大变化,而采用传感器测量脉象时则无此变化,从而解释了传统中医脉诊和现代脉诊学应用传感器测量二者间产生脉象认识差异的原因。依据所构建的触觉感知模型进行处理所得的寸关尺部轻取、中取、重取的脉象符合传统中医理论中对于各部脉象特点的论述。Radial pulse and zang-fu(脏腑)organs coordination theory lays a good foundation for pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The tactile perception model of pulse diagnosis was initially established under Weber-Fechner Law and by considering the characteristics of the tactile frequency and threshold.The frequency-domain and time-domain processing of clinical data on arterial blood pressure was managed through the established model,and the results were compared to explain the differences between palpation and sensor measurement conditions in pulse manifestation.It was found that pulse manifestation changed with finger pressure during pulse diagnosis,which was affected by the characteristics of tactile frequency and threshold,but there was no such change when the sensor was used to measure the pulse,thereby explaining the difference between palpitation-based TCM pulse diagnosis and sensor measurement-based modern pulse diagnosis in understanding pulse manifestations.The pulse manifestations established through the tactile perception model were found to be in line with the characteristics of cun-guan-chi(寸关尺)under lifting,pressing and searching methods described by the TCM theory.
