病证结合六步法治疗2型糖尿病模式探讨

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是临床常见的代谢性疾病,提出"病证结合治疗六步法"诊疗2型糖尿病的基本框架:1)西医病名与中医证候、中医病名与证候结合,实现双重诊断,互为补充。2)分期辨证与辨宏观症状及微观指标相结合以实现病证结合辨证。3)提取主证时以辨证为主,适当结合辨病、对症加减。4)病证合参,立法选方。若病证单一,则以单方治疗;若病兼数证,当合数方叠用。5)在主方的基础上根据兼证、既往史、体质加减用药。6)选用现代药理学研究证实的具有改善血糖、血脂、血压等指标作用的中药优化处方。Type 2 Diabetes is a common metabolic disease.The basic framework of"six-step treatment mode based on combination of disease and syndrome"for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes is proposed as follows:1)dual diagnosis is performed by combining western medicine disease and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,TCM disease names and syndromes.2)Syndromes are differentiated according to different stages and by distinguishing macro-symptoms and micro-indicators,under the theory of combination of diseases and syndromes.3)Based on syndrome differentiation,the major syndrome is defined,and can be appropriately adjusted according to disease differentiation.4)The treatment principle and formulas are selected with reference to characteristics of both disease and syndromes.For single or simple disease or syndromes,simple formula is recommended;for multiple syndromes,the compound of multiple formulas should be used.5)The basic formula can be modified according to the accompanied syndromes,medical history and constitution.6)The prescription is optimized by use of herbs which are proved to have effects on blood glucose,lipids and blood pressure by modern pharmacological studies.
