摘　　要：目的观察二黄祛脂颗粒剂对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者肝功能及血脂的影响及安全性。方法将110例NAFLD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各55例。两组患者均给予综合治疗,即控制饮食、适当运动、减轻体重,口服维生素E丸,每次0.5g,每日3次。治疗组加用二黄祛脂颗粒口服,每日1剂。对照组加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊口服,每粒228mg,每次2粒,每日3次。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者肝功能指标[包括丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]、血脂[包括甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平,并判定临床疗效,观察治疗期间不良反应情况。结果治疗组治愈27例,显效14例,有效9例,无效5例,总有效率为90.90%;对照组分别为15例、12例、9例、19例及65.45%。两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后较本组治疗前ALT、AST、GGT、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后各项指标较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。结论二黄祛脂颗粒剂可改善NAFLD患者肝功能,调节血脂水平,安全性好。To explore the effectiveness and safety of Erhuang Quzhi Granules(二黄祛脂颗粒)on liver function and blood lipids in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods Totally 110 NAFLD patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,with 55 patients in each group.Comprehensive treatment including diet control,proper exerciese,weight control and vitamin E administration(0.5 g per time,three times daily)was given to patients in both groups.Additionally,self-made Erhuang Quzhi Granules(one dose daily)was given to treatment group,while polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules(228 mg each capsule,two capsules per time,three times daily)were given to control group;patients in both groups took three courses of treatment,as one month of each course.The indicators related to liver function including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)and blood lipids including triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were tested before and after treatment to assess the clinical effects,and the adverse events were recorded.Results In the treatment group,27 cases were cured;14 cases were markedly effective;9 cases were effective;and 5 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was 90.90%.Correspondingly,the results in the control group were 15 cases,12 cases,9 cases,19 cases,and 65.45%.There was significant difference between groups in the clinical effects,with results in favor of treatment group(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,GGT,TG,TC and LDL-C were significantly reduced,while HDL-C level increased in both groups after treatment when compared to those before treatment(P<0.05);and more changes were seen in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events in both groups.Conclusion Erhuang Quzhi Granules can improve liver function and regulate blood lipid levels in patients with NAFLD,and is considered to be safe.
