达格列净诱发正常血糖的糖尿病酮症酸中毒2例病例分析及相关文献复习

摘　　要：近年来,关于运用钠-葡萄糖共转运体2抑制剂(sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors,SGLT2i)治疗相关的正常血糖的糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)患者的报告逐渐增多。由于此类DKA无典型的高血糖(hyperglycemia)、多尿(polyuria)等症状,故临床上易延误诊断。本文分析了2例达格列净诱发的DKA患者,并进行相关文献复习,以期为临床诊治相关疾病提供参考。In recent years,reports on the use of sodium glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors(SGLT2i)in the treatment of normal glucose in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)have gradually increased.Because DKA has no typical hyperglycemia,polyuria and other symptoms,it's hard for doctors to diagnose.In this paper,2 cases of DKA induced by dapagliflozin were analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
