摘　　要：为完善贸易竞争法律制度,泰国于2017年颁布了新的《贸易竞争法》,替代1999年颁布的第一部《贸易竞争法》,泰国的反垄断和反不正当竞争管理制度也因此发生变化.本文简要介绍泰国的反垄断和反不正当竞争制度,以期为我国对泰国的反垄断和反不正当竞争制度研究提供借鉴.The new Trade Competition Act B.E.2560(2017)of Thailand has replaced the first competition law of Thailand,Trade Competition Act B.E.2542(1999),which leads to changes in the management system of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair business competition in Thailand.This paper makes a brief introduction to the management system of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition in Thailand,providing reference for related study.
