摘　　要：本文从知识产权的法律法规、监管机构及职能、对知识产权侵权行为的处置、知识产权战略及对知识产权的申请流程进行研究,分析新加坡知识产权监管特点,为完善我国知识产权监管体系提供借鉴.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the intellectual property supervision in Singapore from the aspects of laws and regulations,regulatory bodies and functions,infringement disposal,strategy and the application procedure of intellectual property,so as to provide reference for improving the intellectual property supervision system in China.
