摘　　要：科技成果转化为技术标准是促进科技研发与标准研制融合发展、支撑经济高质量发展的重要途径.梳理并分析科技成果转化为技术标准的现有研究成果,对全面掌握该领域的研究议题和发展趋势具有重要意义,对于下一步开展和丰富科技成果转化为技术标准的理论与实践具有参考价值.本文对39篇聚焦于科技成果转化为技术标准研究文献的时间分布、作者分布和第一作者所在单位分布的情况进行了分析,研究发现,该领域的研究经历了初始涉足、全面探索和延伸拓展3个阶段,研究内容集中于对科技成果转化为技术标准的现状分析、潜力评价、转化模式和策略选择等方面.根据该领域所涉研究内容,构建了"Why-What-How"研究框架,即从为什么要把科技成果转化为技术标准、什么样的科技成果可以转化为技术标准、科技成果如何转化成为技术标准3个维度构建了科技成果转化为技术标准的研究框架,并基于该框架从科技成果转化为技术标准的内涵与外延、形成机理、路径选择3个方面为未来研究提出建议.The transformation into technical standards from scientific and technological(S&T) achievements is an important way to promote the integrated development of S&T research and development of standards, and support the highquality development of economy. To analyze the existing studies on the transformation into technical standards from S&T achievements is of great significance to comprehensively grasp the research topics and development trends in this field. It also has reference value for the further development of the theory and practice of the transformation into technical standards from S&T achievements. The paper analyzes the distribution of time, authors and organizations of the first author of 39 articles on the transformation into technical standards from S&T achievements. The study finds that the research on the field has experienced the initial foray into comprehensive exploration and extension development. The research content focuses on the status quo analysis, potential evaluation, transformation pattern and strategy selection of the transformation of the technical standards from S&T achievements and so on. According to the research contents involved in this field, this study establishes the "Why-What-How" research framework. According to this framework, there are three questions: Why the S&T achievements are transformed into technical standards;What kind of S&T achievements can be converted into technical standards;How are the S&T achievements transformed into technical standards. Based on the research framework, three points about future research are proposed, including the connotation and denotation, formation mechanism and path selection of the transformation into technical standards from S&T achievements.
