摘　　要：特种设备安全防护系统承担防止事故和减缓后果的重要作用,功能安全是衡量其效果的指标,目前我国特种设备相关标准对安全防护系统功能安全缺乏系统性和科学性规定和要求,通过调研分析国内外功能安全和特种设备标准体系,建立特种设备安全防护系统功能安全标准体系框架,应用于特种设备安全防护系统功能安全保障顶层设计和标准化工作.The safety protection system of special equipment plays an important role in preventing accidents and mitigate consequences, and functional safety is the index to measure its effect. At present, the standards of special equipment in China lack systematic and scientific regulations and requirements for the functional safety of safety protection system. Through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign functional safety and special equipment standards system, this paper establishes the framework of functional safety standards system for safety protection system of special equipment, which is applied to the top-level design and standardization of functional safety guarantee of special equipment safety protection system.
