摘  要:交流传动电动轮自卸车电制动系统通常在车速超过5 km/h以上的较高车速制动工况下使用,特别适用于重载下坡时的车速控制,以保证车辆在不同坡度下坡时不能超过坡度/速度表中规定的最大车速。介绍交流传动电动轮自卸车电制动控制原理,分析电制动失效产生的问题;为了更好地分析下坡时所能采用的最大车速,搭建电制动数学模型,获得不同坡度下允许的最大车速数据,该方法相比传统计算方法快速准确,且具有一定的安全裕量,计算结果在自卸车实际工作中得到验证。Electric braking system of AC drive electric wheel dumper is usually used under braking condition of higher speed over 5 km/h and is especially applicable to speed control when vehicle goes downhill under heavy load to ensure that the maximum speed specified in the slope/speed table is not exceed when vehicle goes downhill at different slopes.Electric braking control principle of AC drive electric wheel dumper is introduced,and problems caused by electric braking failure are analyzed;in order to better analyze the maximum speed for going downhill,mathematical model of electric braking is established,and maximum speed data allowed at different slopes is obtained.Compared with traditional calculation method,this method is fast and accurate,and has a certain safety margin.The calculation results are verified in actual work of dumper.
