摘　　要：介绍一种全新的串联式泥水-土压双平衡盾构,详细阐述该双模盾构的构造和设计,开创性地提出利用泥水输送与螺旋传输两种工况之间可快速拆卸的串联式转换结构装置,以及渣土外排与泥水环流的模块化转换工艺,实现高效的双模式任意切换、互通互用。通过严格的实际应用考验,完全具备了双模式盾构第三级阶段的优异特性和性能特征。A new tandem slurry earth pressure double balance shield is introduced,and structure and design of this dual-mode shield are described in detail.A device with tandem conversion structure which can be quickly disassembled between two working conditions of slurry conveying and screw conveying is creatively proposed,as well as modular conversion process of residue discharge and slurry circulation,to realize efficient dual-mode arbitrary switching and interoperability.Through strict practical application test,it fully has the excellent characteristics and performance characteristics of third stage of dual-mode shield.
